Gravy MenuGo (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we (or rather, do not) collect, how it may be accessed by the App, and how the experience is designed to protect guest privacy.

The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.
There is no login, no account registration, and no personal identifiers collected through the app.
2. Camera Access – QR Code Scanning Only
The App requires access to the device’s camera strictly to enable QR code scanning.
3. WebView Behavior
Gravy MenuGo uses a secure embedded WebView to load restaurant menus hosted on the Gravy platform (e.g., *.gravy.menu).
4. Administrator Setup (One-Time Only)
When first launching the app, restaurant staff or authorized personnel are prompted to create a local password to protect administrative settings.
5. No Tracking or Analytics
Gravy MenuGo does not include any advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or third-party analytics.

Anonymous crash and diagnostic data may be collected by the underlying app stores/platforms (e.g., Apple or Google), in accordance with their default system behavior. Gravy does not store or associate any of this data.
7. Children’s Privacy
The app is designed for general use in restaurant and hospitality environments. It does not target or knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13.
8. External Links
The app may display content from external restaurant websites hosted within Gravy’s platform. Gravy is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external links displayed via WebView.

- No camera data is saved or transmitted anywhere.
- QR scanning is done locally and used only to open a corresponding WebView URL.

Gravy MenuGo uses a secure embedded WebView to load restaurant menus hosted on the Gravy platform (e.g., *.gravy.menu).
- Any interaction beyond viewing (e.g. ordering, payments, phone validation) is conducted within the website shown inside WebView, and is governed by the respective restaurant’s and Gravy’s web-based privacy policy.
- Gravy MenuGo does not have access to or store any information entered by guests within the WebView, including names, phone numbers, payment data, etc.

- This password is stored locally on the device, is not associated with any user, and is never transmitted to Gravy or any third party.
